Rabbi Goode

Rabbi Goode studied Talmud and Codes in Yeshivas Ner Israel of Baltimore and has Smicha from HaRav HaGaon, Rabbi Yaakov Yitzchak Ruderman, zt'l. After learning in Kollel for 8 years, he created Yesodei HaTorah in Baltimore, a yeshiva designed to provide adults with the skills, inspiration, and guidance to learn Torah independently from the original Hebrew and Aramaic sources. This yeshiva flourished for over 25 years, becoming a hotbed of learning and growth for hundreds of men in the community. Yesodei HaTorah became nationally renowned, and its curriculum and methodology were replicated in other cities nationwide.

Rabbi Goode currently resides in Lakewood, where he spends his days learning in the Beis Medrash, giving shiurim, and continuing to guide talmidim and others who seek his counsel.
